   Foundation, Inc. do not sell or offer their customer list to any
   organization nor do we make these lists available upon request.

2. Security Information:

   * We work to protect the security of your information during
     transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which
     encrypts information you input. 

   * We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers
     when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire
     credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during
     order processing.

   * It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to
     your ID and password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off 
     when finished using a shared computer

   * We are constantly searching for the latest methods to protect our
     customer information and you can be assured that this is an ongoing 
     and vital mission that we take seriously.

3. Refund Information:

   All ticket sales are final; the Concours is held rain or shine. The
   Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance and the Amelia Island Concours
   d'Elegance Foundation, Inc. make every effort to screen our 
   collectible merchandise for quality control. Refunds will be given on
   merchandise only if the item is found to be defective upon inspection
   by our staff.
