All road tours take place on Friday, March 7, 2008 and depart from the Fernandina Beach Airport. Driver's Meetings are held at the time noted in the individual descriptions below. Prices vary, and are noted below in the individual descriptions.

White Oak Plantation Experience

Brand new for 2008! This is a unique opportunity to tour behind the scenes at the private White Oak Plantation, including the Main Lodge, the NYC Ballet practice studio, the Old Lodge and guest houses. You'll also tour the endangered species enclosures, and see the many species of animals. Lunch will be at the Pavilion overlooking the St. Mary's River. Tour meets at 9 AM at the Fernandina Beach Airport and drives in convoy directly to the White Oak Plantation.

Alcoa Wheel Products Amelia Island Tour CANCELED!

(Revised for 2008!) The Tour is conducted as a Poker Rally. Drivers meet at the Fernandina Beach Airport at 8:00 AM to receive route instructions and checkpoint information. Tour historic sites on beautiful Amelia Island, with lunch at Walker's Landing. Tour will conclude at the Golf Club of Amelia Island with a beer and wine reception.

Porsche Driving Experience

This Tour is conducted as a Poker Rally, and departs from the Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport immediately following the 8:00 AM drivers meeting, where participants receive route instructions and checkpoint information. The tour stops at several historic sites on Amelia Island on the way to NAS Mayport for lunch at the Ocean Breeze Conference Center and a high-speed ride in the latest Porsche, provided by Porsche Cars North America. The Tour concludes at The Golf Club of Amelia Island with a beer and wine reception where poker hands will be played out for prizes. Great day of fun!
